“We started Galloway Atelier because we could never quite find what we were looking for in home fragrance.”

We loved what niche perfumery had done for personal fragrance, making scent more expressive, more complex and more individual, but felt the home fragrance world had not moved in quite the same way. Too often, scent for the home still felt decorative or generic, rather than something capable of changing the character of a space.

We wanted to approach it differently. To think about fragrance almost architecturally: how it sits within a room, how it moves through the air, how it works alongside light, materials and objects, and ultimately how it makes a space feel.
